Discover the essence of Mediterranean flavors in our Olive & Rosemary Mini Sourdough Boule. Ideal for entertaining guests or as a snack, this gluten-free boule is made from all-natural ingredients like black olives, olive oil, golden flaxseed, and rosemary, offering both taste and nutrition.


Ingredients: Sorghum Flour, Gluten Free Oat Flour, Chickpea Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Sourdough Starter (Buckwheat Flour, Water), Arrowroot Starch, Tapioca Starch, Black Olives, Golden Flaxseed, Psyllium Husks, Olive Oil, Yeast, Sea Salt, Rosemary,

Made in a kitchen where tree nuts, sesame, peanuts and eggs are also handled.

Quantity: One loaf is 500g.

Storage: Our breads are baked fresh daily. As they have no preservatives, they do have a shorter shelf life - 3 days at ambient temperature. We recommend slicing and storing them straight in the freezer as they can last for up to 6 months without affecting the quality or taste. Simply pop them from the freezer into a toaster or oven to enjoy!
