Country Loaf 7-Seed: brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, sunflower seeds, linseeds, olive oil, buckwheat flour, golden flaxseed, psyllium husk, white sesame seeds, yeast, black sesame seeds, white chia seeds, sea salt, baking powder, apple cider vinegar.

Sourdough Classic: sourdough starter (water, brown rice flour), brown rice flour, buckwheat flour, olive oil, tapioca flour, guar gum, psyllium husk, baking powder, fine sea salt, baking soda.

Focaccia, Garlic & Rosemary: tapioca starch, sorghum flour, buckwheat flour, golden flaxseed, psyllium husk, yeast, rosemary, olive oil, garlic, sea salt flakes.

Country Loaf Raisin: brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, olive oil, buckwheat flour, golden flaxseed, psyllium husk, yeast, sea salt, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, raisins, cinnamon, orange zest.

Burger Buns: brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, olive oil, buckwheat flour, golden flaxseed, psyllium husk, yeast, sea salt, baking powder, black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, apple cider vinegar.

Classic Bread Rolls: brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, olive oil, buckwheat flour, golden flaxseed, psyllium husk, yeast, sea salt, baking powder, apple cider vinegar.

Bagels: brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, buckwheat flour, olive oil, guar gum, raw sugar, psyllium husk, flaxseed, yeast, sea salt, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, egg.

Pizza Base: brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, extra virgin olive oil, buckwheat flour, golden flaxseed, psyllium husk, yeast, sea salt, baking powder, apple cider vinegar.

STORAGE: 3 days at room temperature, up to 3 months in the freezer. Keep the Sourdough Classic (frozen) and Pizza Base frozen until use. Toast or bake straight from frozen.

Top tip: freeze whatever you will not eat in a few days and toast from frozen, loaf by loaf, so nothing goes stale.
