Our August Gluten Free Guest Chef, Rémy Lefebvre, is a French chef with almost two decades of experience working in internationally-renowned, Michelin-starred restaurants and 5-star hotels in Spain, Lebanon, and India. As part of this collaboration with The Whole Kitchen, Rémy has created a French inspired Vegan Lemon Cherry “Gâteau de Voyage” or travel cake.

The Whole Kitchen’s story started in 2015, when two Singapore based Australians, Anne and Susan, set out on their mission to create genuinely healthy and delicious foods. They wanted to provide the community with healthier options that were easily accessible and didn’t compromise on taste, with the goal of reigniting people’s love for real food.
