Try this super-simple dark chocolate cup recipe filled with nutritious nuts and dried fruits, perfect for chocolate lovers! Great to share with your guest!
Ingredients:
180g dark chocolate
1/2 cup pistachios, macadamias and cranberries
2 tablespoons of desiccated (shredded) coconut
1 teaspoon sea salt flakes
Instructions:
Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 second intervals. You can also melt it in a heat-proof bowl set over a saucepan simmering water.
Scoop 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate into each muffin cup.
Sprinkle your favourite nuts and seeds: pistachios, macadamias, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberry and desiccated coconut. You can decorate with rosemary to add some festive spirit as well! Add the sea salt flakes on top of the nuts!
Place them in the refrigerator to harden for about 15 minutes. Once the chocolate is completely hardened, use take them from the muffin cups and serve immediately.
Keep them in the fridge for up to 1 week!
