French butter laminated through gluten-free dough, baked the morning they leave us. Shell properly crisp, inside open and layered. No reheating needed - though a minute in a warm oven does not hurt.

Good with black coffee. Good with butter and jam. Good as they are. 

INGREDIENTS: Almond powder, Coconut Milk, Gluten Free 1 for 1 Flour, Coconut Sugar, Olive Oil, IQF Blueberry, Raw Sugar, Coconut Butter, Baking Powder, Vanilla, Baking Soda.

STORAGE: Best on the day. If keeping, store in a cool dry place and warm briefly before serving.
