Country Loaf Raisin: brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, olive oil, buckwheat flour, golden flaxseed, psyllium husk, yeast, sea salt, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, raisins, cinnamon, orange zest.

STORAGE: 3 days at room temperature, up to 3 months in the freezer. Made with real ingredients and no preservatives, so it keeps for days rather than weeks. Toast straight from frozen.

Top tip: keep one loaf out and freeze the other two, sliced, so you always have bread ready to toast.
