Gluten Free Country Loaf 7-Seed
Our 7 Seed Country Loaf is made from a premium blend of gluten free flours, featuring brown rice and buckwheat. Our dough is light and filled with fibre-rich sunflower, chia and flaxseeds for a tasty crunch. A great everyday bread, perfect to enjoy as toast, a sandwich or any way you choose.

Ingredients: Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Sunflower Seeds, Linseeds, Olive Oil, Organic Buckwheat Flour, Golden Flaxseed, Psyllium Husk, White Sesame Seeds, Yeast, Black Sesame Seeds, White Chia Seeds, Sea Salt, Baking Powder, Apple Cider Vinegar.

Made in a kitchen where tree nuts, peanuts and eggs are also handled.

Storage: Our breads are baked fresh daily. As they have no preservatives, they do have a shorter shelf life - 3 days at ambient temperature. We recommend storing them straight in the freezer as they can last for up to 6 months without affecting the quality or taste. Simply pop them from the freezer into a toaster or oven to enjoy!
We currently deliver between Tuesday through Sunday for all items except cakes and scones. The cut-off time for placing an order is 10am (SGT) the day before. You will receive your orders 9am-3pm Tuesday through Sunday. This may change from time to time depending on our operational constraints.

Gluten is a protein found in many grains including wheat, barley, spelt, rye, and sometimes in oats. We are consuming more gluten (and wheat) than ever before as it is found in so many of the processed and packaged foods we can buy these days, including breads, cakes, cereals, cookies, crackers, pasta, pizza, sauces and desserts.

We are constantly challenging ourselves to get creative with new naturally gluten free ingredients that are pleasing on the palate and will substitute the gluten rich versions in our sweet treats, snacks and granolas without compromising on taste.
