Flaky French butter pastry, baked golden and topped with black sesame seeds, filled with chicken, mushroom, zucchini, carrot and spinach seasoned with garlic, sage and black pepper. A house-made Tomato Kasundi on the side.

Refrigerate on arrival. Warm in the oven before serving, the pastry crisps back up well.

INGREDIENTS: 

Pastry: Gluten Free Flour Blend (potato starch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour), French butter, milk, honey, yeast, egg, black sesame seeds, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder.

Filling: chicken, mushroom, zucchini, red onion, carrot, baby spinach, egg, gluten-free breadcrumbs (brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, olive oil, buckwheat flour, golden flaxseed, psyllium husk, yeast, Himalayan pink rock salt, baking powder, apple cider vinegar), olive oil, tomato paste, garlic, fine sea salt, dried sage, black pepper.

Tomato Kasundi: tomatoes, coconut sugar, mustard seeds, apple cider vinegar, cumin, olive oil, cloves, turmeric, ginger, garlic, red chili.

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated. Reheat in the oven before serving.

Top tip: reheat in the oven rather than the microwave so the pastry crisps back up.
