Flaky gluten-free French butter pastry, white sesame-topped, filled with lentils, mushroom, red onion, celery and carrot with rosemary, paprika, dijon and tahini. Earthy, savoury, with a little warmth. Served with housemade Tomato Kasundi.

Refrigerate on arrival. Warm in the oven before serving.

INGREDIENTS:

Pastry: Gluten Free Flour Blend (potato starch, white rice flour, brown rice flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour), French butter, milk, honey, yeast, egg, white sesame seeds, xanthan gum, salt, baking powder.

Filling: mushroom, lentils, red onion, celery, carrot, olive oil, gluten-free breadcrumbs (brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, olive oil, buckwheat flour, golden flaxseed, psyllium husk, yeast, Himalayan pink rock salt, baking powder, apple cider vinegar), tomato paste, dijon mustard, tahini, garlic, dried rosemary, paprika.

Tomato Kasundi: tomatoes, coconut sugar, mustard seeds, apple cider vinegar, cumin, olive oil, cloves, turmeric, ginger, garlic, red chili.

STORAGE: Keep refrigerated. Reheat in the oven before serving.

Top tip: reheat in the oven, not the microwave, to bring the flaky pastry back.
