The recipe couldn't be easier, simply top your pizza base with the following ingredients and pop in the oven for about 15 minutes.
- Fresh tomatoes
- Fresh Rocket leaves on top (add these after the pizza is cooked!)
We also added a bit of olive oil to the base and on top as a source of healthy fats. Delicious!
