Healthy Christmas Platters
The festive season is just around the corner! This is the time where we celebrate the end of the year and look back at the memories whilst enjoying the company of our loved ones. Besides setting up a warm and cosy ambience, you’d also want a spread filled with healthy and nutritious food to keep your guests feeling good. Our elves at The Whole Kitchen have been working hard all year to come up with a few treats that you can easily include in your grazing platters this holiday. As usual, they are made with all-natural whole ingredients, less sugar, and always gluten free - definitely on the “Nice” list!
If you’re planning on hosting, here are some tips and ideas to inspire your healthy festive celebrations:
1. Include different textures
Crisp crackers with creamy dip. Juicy fresh fruit and toasted nuts. Hard cheese on soft focaccia bread.
Incorporating a variety of textures into your grazing platter keeps it exciting and fresh! Play around with contrasting mouth-feels to keep your guests (and their taste buds) entertained.
Our Garlic Rosemary Focaccia is made with a premium blend of gluten free sorghum and buckwheat flours. It’s full of flavour and makes a great vessel for the delicious cheese and dips on your festive platter.
