Paleo Mushroom Stuffing

Paleo Mushroom Stuffing
9 Ingredients /  4 Servings /  30 Minutes Total Time
Ingredients
1 onion (diced)
4 celery stalks (diced)
4 mushrooms
1 shallot
1⁄ 2cup chicken stock (Low Salicylate)
2 tablespoons sage
110 grams The Whole Kitchen Spicy Tamari Nut Mix 
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons flax seeds (ground)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
3. Add celery, onion & mushrooms and cook for 10 mins, stirring frequently.
4. Add shallot and cook for a further 2 mins. Pour in stock and stir.
5. Remove from the heat. Stir in flax seeds, sage and add The Whole Kitchen Spicy Tamari nut mix.
6. Bake for 20 mins in the oven.
