FAQ
When will my order arrive?
We deliver Tuesday to Saturday, between 8.30am and 4pm. Place your order by 10am the day before
and we will take it from there.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, on all orders $40 and above. Orders below $40 have a $15 delivery fee.
Can I pick up my order?
We do not have a storefront, but you can find us at retail partners and cafes across Singapore. See the

Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, if you get to us quickly. Reply to your order confirmation email or write to us at
contact@thewholekitchen.com.sg with your order number and we will do our best.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, e-gift cards are available for online store purchases. You can find them here. [Link to be confirmed.]
Are you halal-certified?
We are not halal-certified, but we are halal-friendly. No pork, lard or alcohol in anything we make.
Do you do bulk orders and catering?
We do. Write to us at contact@thewholekitchen.com.sg and tell us what you have in mind.
Do you deliver outside Singapore?
Just Singapore for now, but we are working on it.
